Whether you’re stepping onto the reformer for the first time or a seasoned mover looking to fine-tune your skills, Beginner Signature Pilates is designed to help you build a strong foundation.Learn to use the reformer safely, sync breath with movement, engage muscles for strength and control, and fine-tune posture for better results and injury prevention or rehabilitation

Boxing / Kickboxing
All levels welcome! Boxing classes that will include a variety of classic boxing drills, shadow boxing, bag and mit work, defensive skills, and footwork. Students will also go through a variety of core, cardio, and strengthening exercises. Here you will gain strength, coordination, endurance, mobility and confidence in a fun, full body workout. Gloves and wraps are required for this class.

The Hive Bootcamp brings together the elements of the reformer jumpboard exercises and floor work. Our expert instructors lead participants through stimulating circuit and interval training-inspired programs. Boot camp classes have always been a beloved choice, as the surge of endorphins leaves you feeling empowered and ready to take on any challenge.
